- Let Them Know: Make sure the person knows you are referring them and is interested in hearing from Marigold.
- Encourage Them to Apply: Referred candidates may still be required to complete the appropriate employment application.
Submitting a referral allows our recruiting team to connect the candidate to the appropriate hiring process.
